About Me

I have undergone professional training in the therapeutic use of Mindfulness and I am now in the process of setting up evening, full day and three day courses in the practical use of Mindfulness These courses are for both the individual and/or corporate trainees. I passionately believe that the practical application of Mindfulness in everyday life can benefit the individual and society as a whole.

I have now just obtained a diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. What I have learnt in the disiplines of Mindfulness and CBT will enable me to better assist those seeking help.

My ultimate aim is to set up in private practice within the beautiful surroundings of Scarborough here in North Yorkshire.
